Clara Systems collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:
Identity data: your name and email address, which you provide on the download page to receive the download link. This is stored in a private spreadsheet hosted on Google Workspace and is used to deliver the link and to send occasional updates about new tools or releases.
Financial data: none. Clara Core is free, there is no checkout, and we never collect or store payment information of any kind.
Usage data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics to monitor website performance, understand how visitors use the site, and improve the experience. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
Your data is used strictly to:
Send occasional updates or notify you of new tools, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime by replying UNSUBSCRIBE)
Send strategy updates and important announcements
Ensure compliance with our intellectual property terms
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing to third parties.
Clara Systems does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cloudflare: website security and analytics
Google Workspace: secure storage of the download email list
Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics and session insights
Google Analytics: traffic and usage analytics
Google (Search Console): search-performance data

There is nothing to cancel: Clara Core is free and there is no billing. If you joined the optional email list, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word UNSUBSCRIBE to any email we send, and we will remove your address from our list.
