Why Clara Core is free: the business model behind a free automated trading strategy

Free usually means something. A trial that runs out, a paid tier behind it, or a strategy good enough to hook you and not good enough to keep. None of those apply here. This page is where you check that.

Clara Core is free because we will not sell it. It has a high win rate carrying a negative risk-to-reward ratio: the math stays positive only while the win rate holds, and a strategy built this way can produce drawdowns far larger than anything in its record. That exact shape is the most commonly sold product in this space, at prices in the thousands: the win rate makes the sale, and the fragile part goes unsaid. We show everything instead: how it wins, how it loses, how deep the drawdowns have gone, and how much deeper they could go. We are not telling you to run it. Read the data and decide for yourself.

So how does Clara Systems make money? Two ways, both in the open: referral links on the Downloads page for the tools we actually use, and readers who choose to support the work through Ko-fi. Providing a transparent, free tool builds real trust, and everything we release later stands on it: a paid strategy with the opposite shape, a positive risk-to-reward, with the same full record published before you decide. There is nothing else behind it.

Everything here is free to verify: download Clara Core, run the backtest yourself in NinjaTrader, and watch it trade on simulation, at no cost and no financial risk. If anything here helps you look deeper at the next strategy you buy, build, or run, that is the point. Before you trust any strategy, ours included: how to verify a trading strategy →

What Is Not Included

To keep this simple, we do not offer:

1-on-1 support or onboarding calls

Custom settings or strategy modifications

Email or chat support

We do not run a community, chat room, or signal group.

Community environments introduce noise: emotional reactions to losses, inconsistent risk usage, and manual trades mixed into automated execution. This breaks consistency.

Clarity comes from data and execution, not opinions.

The main decision is your risk per trade. We provide guidelines based on historical data.

Everything you need is documented and publicly available on this website.

Publicly Available · Free

Everything listed above is available on this website for Clara Core, free, right now.

Final Note

This is not a service built on support, communities, or signals.

It is a system.

The trading space makes it easy to sell to someone looking for a solution. When you are new to this, it is easy to believe a strategy is the answer. What you actually need is an edge, and to trust that edge, you need data behind it.

Everything on this website is that data. The drawdown-first approach, the risk model framework, the scaling guidance: these are not sales tools. They are the principles behind consistent execution. They apply to any strategy.

If you are ready to execute a structured process and let data guide your decisions, Clara Core is free to download and built for that.

If not, the information here is still worth understanding.
