Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent real trading. Since trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as liquidity. Simulated trading programs are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. Clara Core is a piece of software you run on your own account, under your own control. Nothing on this website is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The performance data is a factual, reproducible record of how the software behaved on historical market data; it is shared for transparency and education, not as a promise or projection of what your results will be. Your results will depend on your own decisions, your risk settings, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control.
Every figure on this site is reproducible from the downloadable trade exports. We make no claim, express or implied, that you will achieve similar results, and we would rather you verify our numbers yourself than take them on faith.

Clara Systems is not liable for financial losses caused by NinjaTrader platform errors, Tradovate API disconnections, prop firm rule changes, or internet latency. Automated execution can result in fills that differ from historical backtests due to slippage and real-world market conditions.
Even running identical settings on the same day, results differ between accounts: fill speed, slippage, latency, broker and data-feed differences, account type, firm rules, and hardware or VPS environment all move outcomes by dollars in either direction.
Your results will not match ours, or anyone else's, exactly. Small differences are a property of live markets, not a defect.
We provide guidance based on the strategy's historical backtested behavior. Nothing here is personalized financial advice.

Monte Carlo analysis performed using 10,000 randomized simulations of the strategy's 1,568 historical trades (May 2019 – September 2026).
Each simulation randomly reorders the same trades and calculates the resulting maximum drawdown. This illustrates how trade sequence affects drawdown risk when trade outcomes remain constant.

Results represent statistical analysis of historical data and do not predict future performance.
All performance figures are displayed rounded to the nearest dollar, while the underlying trade data contains exact decimal values. When rounded monthly figures are summed, they are reconciled so that the displayed months add up exactly to the displayed year, and the displayed years add up exactly to the displayed total. This reconciliation can move an individual displayed value by a dollar or two so that no visible total is internally inconsistent. The exact, unrounded figures are always available in the downloadable trade exports, which are the authoritative source for every number on this site. Any difference of a few dollars between a displayed figure and a hand-calculation from rounded or raw values is a display-rounding artifact, not a data discrepancy.

Clara Core and this website are for adults. By downloading the strategy or using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and that you are able to enter into this agreement.
Futures trading is not permitted everywhere, and the rules differ by country, by broker and by prop firm. Knowing whether it is lawful and permitted where you are is your responsibility, not ours. We do not check it and we do not advise on it.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation in any place where that would be unlawful.
The Clara Core strategy file is proprietary technology and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use of the freely-provided software. This license does not transfer any ownership, title, or interest in the intellectual property.
Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or redistribute the strategy logic or code, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in:

Clara Systems retains all rights to its intellectual property and may pursue available legal remedies to protect it. Note that the software is provided to you free of charge for personal use; you are welcome to use it. You are simply not permitted to copy, resell, or redistribute the underlying code.
Products offered free of charge are free for as long as they are offered. “Free” describes the price while offered; it is not a commitment to perpetual availability, updates, or support.
Clara Systems may introduce paid products and services in the future, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, free or paid, at any time, without notice and without obligation.
Clara Core and FastPass are provided free of charge. There are no payments, no subscriptions, and therefore no refunds. Because it is free, you assume full responsibility for any decision to use it.
We want you to share your honest experience with Clara Core, good or bad. We do not restrict reviews, and we will never penalize anyone for posting an honest assessment of our software, our data, or our conduct. We built this entire project on transparency; asking you to stay quiet about it would contradict everything we stand for.
If something is not working, or a number on this site does not match what you see, tell us at hello@clarasystems.io. We would rather hear it from you and fix it. Honest criticism makes the work better.
We do not currently display testimonials. If user results ever appear on our channels, they will be unpaid and unsolicited, shown with the same honesty as everything else, and individual results vary; no single user's outcome is typical of what any other user should expect.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clara Systems and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
These terms, and your use of the Clara Systems software, website and data, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Florida's own law applies directly, and not whatever other law Florida's conflict rules might otherwise point to. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any consumer-protection rights that cannot be signed away by agreement under the laws of the place where you live.
Nothing in these terms waives any right or remedy you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, or requires you to bring a claim in a forum that would cost more to access than the value of the claim. We are not interested in using fine print to take away rights you are entitled to.
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Clara Systems collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:
Identity data: your name and email address, which you provide on the download page to receive the download link, together with how you found us and whether you already have a NinjaTrader account, which you answer on the same page. This is stored in a private database on Cloudflare and is used to deliver the link and to send occasional updates about new tools or releases. Signups collected before the site had its own form remain in a private spreadsheet on Google Workspace.
Technical data: when you ask for a download we record the IP address the request came from and the country it resolves to, stored with that request. We use it only to stop the form being abused and to keep the download working for the person who asked for it. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.
Financial data: none. Clara Core is free, there is no checkout, and we never collect or store payment information of any kind.
Usage data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics to monitor website performance, understand how visitors use the site, and improve the experience. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
Your data is used strictly to:

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing to third parties.
Clara Systems does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is shared only with essential service providers required to maintain the service:
Cloudflare: website security and analytics, the robot check on the download form, and storage of the download files and the signup records
Amazon Web Services: sends the download email, through Amazon SES
Google Workspace: the download email list collected before the site had its own form
Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics and session insights
Google Analytics: traffic and usage analytics
Google (Search Console): search-performance data
Microsoft (Bing Webmaster Tools): search-performance data
Our website uses cookies to facilitate secure sessions and collect usage statistics via Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics. These tools may record how you navigate the site (such as pages visited and clicks) to help us improve it.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain website functionality.
To opt out of Microsoft Clarity, visit Microsoft Clarity. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We keep your name and email address for as long as the download list exists, because the list is what they are for. If you unsubscribe, the address stays on a suppression list so that we do not email it again by mistake.
The IP address and the country recorded with a download request stay with that request. They exist to stop the form being abused and are not used for anything else.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at hello@clarasystems.io, and we will.
Signup records sit in a private database on Cloudflare that is not public and is not shared. The download files sit in private storage, reachable only through a link that expires after seven days. Access is limited to the people who run Clara Systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If anything ever goes wrong with data we hold, we will say so rather than hope nobody notices.
Clara Core and this website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has given us their details, write to hello@clarasystems.io and we will delete them.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@clarasystems.io
There is nothing to cancel: Clara Core is free and there is no billing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. It takes effect immediately and you do not have to ask us.
You can also ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, at the same address.
